Acer has today announced a series of 10-inch tablets under the Iconia series including the new Iconia Tab 10 (A3-A50) which is claimed by the company to be designed for premium multimedia experiences, as it features four speakers and a patented subwoofer, and the Iconia One 10 (B3-A40FHD) with two micro USB ports for flexible connectivity options.
Both these tablets come powered by quad-core MediaTek processors and run on Android 7.0 Nougat, while they provide a battery life of around 8 hours. These tablets also feature wide-viewing-angle IPS display.
However, adding further, the Iconia Tab 10 features a display with Quantum Dot technology, offering a wider color range with higher brightness. It also sports four speakers and a sub-woofer with DTS-HD Premium Sound technology, while while maintaining a slim profile of under 9 mm (0.35 inch) in height.
The Iconia Tab 10 also features Acer MediaMaster which allows users to set preferences for different types of movies or music.
On the other hand, the Iconia One 10 features dual micro-USB ports and On-The-Go (OTG) support. This allows the device to be charged and connected to external devices such as storage or a mouse at the same time, while a Bluetooth keyboard can be connected for text input.
